By using The Wine Outlet site and services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Statement. The Wine Outlet and Sites are intended for adults aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 21. We collect your IP address: Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is used to track and aggregate non-Personal Information. IP addresses may be stored in such a way so that you cannot be identified from the IP address. Email subscribers knowingly provide contact information such as name, preferred store and e-mail address.
